Cairns Day 2

Today we traveled to the rainforest. At Kuranda Village we hugged koalas, petted kangaroos and saw a variety of other wildlife. A sky rail ride took us over the canopy of the rainforest to waterfalls and the floor of the forest. In the afternoon we saw demonstrations about aboriginal life that ranged from native dances to boomerangs to diggereedoos.In the evening we had a great performance on the Esplanade for an appreciative audience that asked for more.
